Using Nightlife NOW

Nightlife NOW helps people discover nightlife venues. Venue information can change quickly and is provided for planning, not as a guarantee. Confirm critical details directly with a venue and use ordinary judgment about travel, admission, safety, age restrictions, and alcohol consumption.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person or venue, submit unlawful material, attempt to bypass security or moderation, or use Nightlife NOW to harm others.

User contributions

When submitting a photo or report, you must provide accurate information and follow the exact contribution terms shown before submission. You must have the rights and permissions stated there. Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, or continued display.

Venue claims

Claiming a venue requires current authority to act for that exact venue. Verification does not transfer ownership of a listing, guarantee changes, or prove rights to photographs. Nightlife NOW may reverify, suspend, transfer, or revoke a claim when evidence changes.

Intellectual property

Nightlife NOW’s software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable law. Venue names and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightlife NOW disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for venue conduct, third-party services, changing venue conditions, or decisions made solely from app information.
