Report venue information

Open the venue in Nightlife NOW, tap Report info, choose the closest category, and include the specific correction. Reports enter an automated verification workflow and do not immediately change public information.

Report a photo

Open the venue gallery, enlarge the exact photo, and choose Report photo. The reported image is reviewed against the exact stored asset and may be removed while verification is completed.

Request a missing city or venue

Use the city search in the app to request a missing city. For a missing venue, use the missing-venue option in the app. Both requests must pass the same evidence, nightlife, municipality, and quality standards as automatically imported records.

Venue owners

Owners and authorized managers can preview how venue claiming will work. We verify that a person represents the venue before management tools open. A separate permission check applies to every submitted photo.

Contact us

During TestFlight, send general product feedback through TestFlight and use the in-app Report info or Report photo action for venue-specific issues. A public support mailbox will be published here before general App Store release. Never send passwords, payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive documents.
