Request data deletion

Send a request

During TestFlight, use the in-app report pathway on the relevant venue or photo and state that you are requesting deletion. Include what you submitted or used, the approximate date, venue and city when applicable, and enough non-sensitive detail for the record to be located. A dedicated privacy mailbox will be published before general App Store release.

Verification

We may ask you to confirm control of the same email, device-generated claim secret, venue domain, or other limited evidence originally associated with the request. Do not send passwords, payment information, or government identification unless a secure process is specifically provided.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify its scope, and delete or de-identify eligible information. Some minimal security, transaction, consent, revocation, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when necessary, but they will not remain in public venue results.

Photo removal

For the fastest handling of a displayed photo, use Report photo on that exact image in the app and also include the venue name and city in your email.
